Job Description :
A Mechanical / Aeronautical Engineer Internship (M / F) has just opened within the STELIA Aerospace teams in Méaulte.
You will be responsible for the project aiming to deploy the ENCA Engineering Non-Conformity Assessment process more widely, which consists in dealing with non-conformities by the internal Stelia office (change of SAP tool). This makes it possible to avoid derogations, leading to economic gain. Prioritization will be based on forecast gains: Give priority to the A320 and the A350.
Your main tasks will be as follows:
- Analyze the current performance (Number and% of ENCAs, refusal rate, …)
- Monitor the correct application (sampling, audits, …)
- Communicate standards and promote successes
- Anticipate training needs and answer user questions
- Propose and cost ESDM (Engineering Support Decision Manual) extensions, such as the extension to the A321 XLR or the addition of R3 / Overdiameter chapters on NEO versions.
You have the following training, experience and skills:
- Training level (BAC + 4 or Bac +5) training General engineering school with a focus on Mechanics. You have good interpersonal skills, you are autonomous, organized, you demonstrate responsiveness, adaptability and a spirit of initiative. You want to discover the world of aeronautics.
- You have a good level of English and you have mastered the O ﬃ ce Pack.
- A first experience in production, quality or in Design Office would be a plus.
