We are looking for talented Technical Support Engineer to join our office in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Provide technical support on Gilat and third-party products (IP Networking, RF and Satellite communication) for Gilat Customers.
- Perform site survey, on-site installation, software upgrades and deep problems analysis.
- Lead Demos related to Gilat’s products and solutions.
- Perform Customer visits, provide analysis reports, technical documentation and frontal training.
- Previous experience in Electronics / Communication Engineering.
- Good Spoken and Written English.
- At least 3 years of experience with Networking\Telecommunication.
- Working in customer facing environment.
- Team player.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills
- Willingness to work during weekends\holidays if required
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with VSATs and Satellite communications technologies.
