We are looking for talented Technical Support Engineer to join our office in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support on Gilat and third-party products (IP Networking, RF and Satellite communication) for Gilat Customers.
  • Perform site survey, on-site installation, software upgrades and deep problems analysis.
  • Lead Demos related to Gilat’s products and solutions.
  • Perform Customer visits, provide analysis reports, technical documentation and frontal training.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Electronics / Communication Engineering.
  • Good Spoken and Written English.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Networking\Telecommunication.
  • Working in customer facing environment.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Willingness to work during weekends\holidays if required

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with VSATs and Satellite communications technologies.
