You are studying computer science, engineering, natural sciences or a similar subject and bring enthusiasm and innovative ideas with you. We offer you a professional entry into the aerospace industry with a wide range of career and development opportunities.

This position is for students who want to work around 20 hours or more per week. The position to be filled is available immediately and is initially limited to 18 months.

We expect applicants to be able to stay with us as working students for at least 12 months, i.e. remain enrolled at the university/college for the next 12 months.

Your tasks:

You will support our Training Solutions Team. Your main tasks are:

  • Development and testing activities for a virtual maintenance simulator of the NH90 helicopter
  • Programming of maintenance procedures in C++
  • Recording maintenance procedures
  • Testing maintenance procedures

Qualifications / professional experience:

  • You are currently a student in a subject such as computer science / engineering / a natural science or similar fields of study.
  • Very important: You have an EU or EFTA citizenship!

Essential Skills:

  • Good knowledge of C++
  • Understanding and basic knowledge of technical drawings
  • Interest in technical systems of aircraft
  • The ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Good English knowledge

Desirable skills:

  • First experiences with software development methods and technologies (possibly also from private projects).
