The job is located in our Business Application department which is the development department in Termas internal IT. We have the overall responsibility for the business systems throughout Terma, both strategic and operational.

The challenge

Along with your 8 colleagues you will be a part of an exciting journey towards an enhanced digitalization to improve our system landscape. You will on the one side be bridging IT towards our business areas, and on the other side you will also be managing the development of the solutions with our development team. This will require both the ability to define the optimal flow in regards to processes and data and to orchestrate the full solution in regards to IT.

You will be acting as technical lead for our new PLM solution, and will be defining interfaces between our ERP system and our new PLM system together with the user side. You will be working closely with the Enterprise Architect setting the system and business architecture and ensuring that our IT strategies are met. By facilitating the solution for PLM the coming years, you will also get an insight into our other system areas, and you will be a part of our continuous journey to become even better.

About you

We are looking for an ERP specialist with knowledge of the Product Lifecycle Management area, as we are investing in a new setup for PLM and how it integrates to our ERP system IFS.

Specific PLM knowledge and experience will be a huge advantage, but we will also like to hear from you if you can balance this out with a deep knowledge of the ERP area in a production company and in an IT development context.

Ideally you have:

  • A bachelor degree or higher within IT or finance
  • +5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience with managing and conducting IT development projects
  • Experience with designing API and knowledge of service integrations

Personally you are independent and self-driven and work in a structured way with a passion for your job. You are committed, with a strong analytical sense and have the ability to quickly see both the direct and the derived part of a task. You thrive in working along side your collegues and stakeholders within the organization and manage to impact the chosen solutions.
