Manufacturing Quality is part of the Supply Chain & Quality Management (SCQM) organization and we focus on the entire value chain to enable competitiveness and take full advantage of the synergy effects in our broad and cross functional organization. To further drive and support this journey, we are looking for a result oriented and curious Quality Engineer.

With reference to the Manager of Quality Engineering in Grenaa, you are offered a unique possibility to join our team on Terma’s journey towards Business Excellence. You will be part of an exciting journey with great opportunity to put your own mark on Terma’s processes, our SCQM roadmap, organization, and your own daily responsibilities.

Main tasks and role

  • Develop, lead, and execute quality and process optimization across mainly the Grenaa site but in close alignment with our site in Lystrup
  • Take lead in developing, standardizing, and improving the processes, tools/systems as well as performance management culture
  • Drive cross-functional teams to propose proper solutions and provide appropriate linkages between critical processes
  • Identify and share best practices across Terma and ensure that these are widely adopted and applied

Your professional qualifications

  • Proven track record as Project Manager or Process Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience
  • You hold a MSc or BSc in Engineering
  • Ability to lead cross functional projects and strong project change management skills
  • Experience with process optimization e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Business Process
  • Management, Lean Management, Six Sigma, Quality Management Systems or similar
  • Experience with Performance Management, Business Intelligence, or other fact-driven cultures
  • International mindset and excellent communication skills, including fluent English skills (both orally and in writing)
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office package
