Terran Orbital is currently seeking a talented and growth-minded Help Desk Analyst with excellent computer and customer service skills. Microsoft systems or network certifications are preferred. This position will be responsible for providing support, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


  • Contribute to the success of a fast-growing, multidisciplinary teamServe as first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or chat
  • Write, edit and revise training manuals for new and updated software and hardware
  • Provide technical assistance for questions and problems
  • Identify and suggest possible improvement on procedures
  • Collaborate with other teams as needed
  • Resolve problems with networks and other computer systems
  • Diagnose system errors and other issues
  • Follow up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Request feedback and/or monitor calls and other methods of correspondence to improve training methods
  • Running reports to analyze common complaints and problems
  • Installing or changing software to fix issues
  • Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems


  • Proven working experience as an IT Help Desk Analyst
  • Microsoft Systems or network certifications
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
  • Familiarity with both, PC an Mac hardware and software
  • Experience with network repairs and analysis
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively,
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment
  • Ability to self-govern with minimum supervision, establish workload priorities, and to utilize efficient time management practices to achieve assigned tasks
  • To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful
  • permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 22 CFR §120.1


Ability to translate complex technical topics in a clear and compelling fashion
Desire to learn new skills as required and develop expertise in areas that may be unfamiliar
