We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. The role includes prospecting, qualifying and generating potential business opportunities for the region. We are looking for a candidate that is highly motivated, a self-starter, able to identify and develop new enterprise business prospects from multiple sources such as inbound marketing leads and sales tools as for example Linked In Navigator, DiscoverOrg and different channels. In addition, a dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is highly desirable!

  • Manage all inbound leads from marketing campaigns in a timely manner
  • Identify potential prospects through research, cold calls and emails
  • Act as the first point of contact with new clients conducting business in a professional and proactive manner
  • Build and nurture prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up actions throughout the sales development cycle
  • Work with the Territory Sales Managers and Regional Sales Director to understand their sales strategy and target accounts/market segment, plan and execute for the outbound campaigns to develop and grow the sales pipeline to support local sales strategy and targets
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached

Key Requirements

We are looking for a special individual with a broad cross section of skills, which include the following skills and behaviors:

  • Proven experience in any customer facing role, say as a Sales Ops Executive, Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales representative or similar role (IT software or solution preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques especially cold calls; (s)he shall be a natural at making the phone calls and engaging people in the first few seconds
  • Strong communication and objection handling skills
  • Proven sales track record
  • Ability to develop sales strategy and identify key prospects
  • Pipeline management with CRM tools ( preferred)
  • Able to communicate in English is a must
