We are searching for Sales Engineer based in Bangkok to support our growing team in Thailand. The incumbent will be responsible for providing Business Development and pre-sales related to Thales DIS CPL authentication products. This will be a regional role and the candidate will be able to gain experience supporting different countries in ASEAN.

A week in the life of a Sales Engineer:

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify and qualify opportunities
  • Develop and enhance customer experience and partner relationships
  • Provide technical pre-sales on Thales authentication product with support from peers
  • Comfortable in sales presentations and engage with customer directly
  • Facilitate escalation when required to achieve customer satisfaction

Knowledge & Experience:

  • You need to have a Bachelor degree in MIS, Computing or similar subjects
  • We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the IT industry and with experience in a customer facing role
  • Information security principles and practices is a plus;
  • Knowledge in Windows/Linux system administrations.
  • Active Directory and authentication protocols such as Radius, SAML, OpenID, LDAP, Kerberos, FIDO is a plus.
  • Experience in any of the following is also desirable and welcomed:
  • 2-Factor Authentication OTP or PKI is a plus.
  • Knowledge in different public cloud is a plus.
  • CISSP, CISA is a plus.
  • We would like someone to join our team who has strong communication, negotiation, analytical skills. You must be result-oriented and customer focused.
