Aviation Systems Development Engineer (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Creating and maintaining system level requirements and design documents
- Working closely with our hardware, software and firmware development teams on the system integration of high-integrity electronic products
- Performing design analysis and trade-off studies
- Technical coordination with customers and suppliers
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the system development processes
- Potential to technically lead system integration projects
Your Profile
- University degree in technical studies (e.g. Computer Science, Electronics or related fields)
- Solid experience in the development of embedded systems
- A good understanding of embedded system architectures and of safety critical and fault tolerant architectures
- Knowledge of ARP 4754, DO-254 and DO-178 standards is an advantage
- Collaborative and reliable team player
- Very good command of English, German is a plus

We provide an attractive and performance-based salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for Employees in the Metal Trade (“Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte Metallgewerbe”) and we offer a minimum salary of € 45,000.- gross per year. Actual compensation can be well above this standard.
